Get Your Shoes Picked Up!

Funds2Orgs is working to schedule your group’s shoe drive fundraiser pickup. If you have received an email or text asking you to fill out a form, please do so promptly. We are currently planning the next pickup route for your area, and if your shoe drive is nearing completion, we want to ensure your pickup is included.

In some cases, we may reach out to certain groups to arrange an interim pickup. Providing accurate information about your availability helps us schedule more efficiently. While our scheduling team strives to accommodate everyone’s preferred day and time, please note that not all groups can be picked up after 5 p.m. or on Saturdays. We are scheduling several stops in your area and our logistics team will provide you with your pickup window usually 3 – 5 days in advance when possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

What does my team need to do to prepare?

Ensure 25 pair of gently worn, used and new shoes in each bag.
Please ensure your bags are a good mixture of styles, sizes in each bag, not all the same style or type.
All bags are clear, no black or other colors.
Bags tied at the top, do NOT use the rubber bands to close the bag.
Prepare your volunteers! Plan to have 2–3 people available for every 50 bags to assist the driver with loading.
If possible stage them near where the truck will be loading from.
Please plan for 30 minutes before and after your scheduled time in case of traffic or weather.

What does the Funds2Orgs driver do once they get here?

The driver will call and/or text 30 minutes out.
Upon arrival, the driver will inspect the bags to ensure they fall within our credential collection policy.
The driver provides labels for your bags, each bag is labeled with individual numeric labels and inspected stickers.
The driver will also take pictures of some of your bags before starting.
As the labeling process starts the driver will be in the truck receiving the bags from your team.
Upon completing the bags being loaded the driver will give you a receipt of what was picked up along with a “What’s Next Card?”
If you would like to give a video interview, ask your driver! They love doing them!

Our drivers work Monday through Saturdays - pickups are from 8 am until 6 pm. Please select your best time availability.(Required)

To help us plan for the upcoming truck loading, could you please let us know how many volunteers you will be providing? We recommend 2 volunteers for every 50 bags of shoes.(Required)

The driver is usually in the truck receiving the bags in order to stack them safely. They do assist in the process.

Notes for the driver that they should be aware of such as overhangs, low-hanging tree branches, narrow streets and/or other route hazards.

Please also provide any other information that you believe would be helpful in scheduling your pickup.
